​​Sharon Merkel has been involved in the visual arts for over 40 years with an extensive career as an art director, photographer and videographer for several Fortune 500 companies. She has an under- graduate degree in Communications and a masters degree in Photography, winning many awards for her photographs over the years. She is also a Master Artisan in Photography with the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen.

Also an avid hunter, she came into the sport after buying and training her Irish Red and White Setter

in AKC and NAVHDA hunting venues.

Photographing hunting dogs brings her passion for both her art and love of the sport of upland hunting.
